Pilotage	Costs based on size, draught and zone within the Houston Ship Channel.
Tug Hire	Use of tugs is up to pilots discretion on small ships taking into consideration, size, berth, weather conditions. Normal cost of USD $1100.00 straight time per tug. Overtime from 1700 to 0800 hours add 35 percent.
Line handlers	Costs will depend on channel zone, adding overtime at 1 1/2 times from 1700 to 0800 hours, grt exceeding 15000 and if boat required. Normal cost for ship under 15000 grt, straight time is USD $450.00 on/off docking. Ships exceeding 15000 grt USD $650.00.
U.S. Customs	User fees USD $397.00. Entry USD $18.00; clearance USD $18.00. U.S. Dept. Agriculture users fees, USD $369.50. Tonnage Tax, based on NRT, coastwise arrival, no charge. Foreign arrival, American continent, either USD .02 or .06 if south of Orinco river. USD .27 per NRT outside above. Bond USD $95.00
Dockage	Daily rates based on vessels LOA. See schedule.
Harbor Fee	Flat fee USD $350.00 for maintaining harbor fire boats.
Shed hire	Equivalent to one days dockage invoiced to ship for use of the wharf/dock. Sometimes this charge is misinterpreted on "free" in/out cargoes as cargo shippers/receivers will not want to absorb this cost.
Seaman's Center	All ships calling Port of Houston. USD $85.00 for maintaining center. This is a good cause and the center is first class.
Berth Cleaning	USD $207.00 for normal cleaning . If excessive, due to dunnage will be carried out on cost plus basis. See item under U.S.D.A.
Fresh Water	USD $2.25 per 1000 gallons, minimum USD $165.00 on straight time of USD $225.00 overtime. Some of the private terminal vary but are close to Port Authority charges.
Postage/Petties	Crew mail postage, documentation to owners and discharge port agents. Large amounts of blank bills of lading , customs, U.S. Immigration forms requested by master invoiced at actual cost.
Communications	With ship masters, owners, principals invoiced on out of pocket expenses. Cellular telephone will be placed onboard for masters use only on approval from owners/charterers.
Owners Items	Include crew medical, transportation, repatriations, lodging, stores, clearing and delivery of ship spares, supported by original invoice. Cash delivery charged at 1 percent, via bonded carrier.
Agency Fee	Based on ships activities, i.e.., loading discharging, length of stay, bulk or general cargoes. Our fees are negotiable on the above facts. Contact us for our proposal, and our fee is all inclusive of agents overtime, auto hire.
